Jacek has over fifteen years experience working as a senior financial adviser and lead arranger focusing predominantly in the telecom sector. Initially at Sumitomo Bank, and for the last ten years, at PricewaterhouseCoopers, he has advised public and private sector clients alike, in Europe and in emerging markets around the world, on the structuring and arranging of both debt and equity, as well as advising on procurement and strategic issues.
Jacek has led financial advisory assignments for government privatizations, cross-border M&A transactions on both sell-side and buy-side and for the licensing and sale of Intellectual Property Rights relating technology and telecoms.
JacekÕs clients have included the Welsh Assembly Government (Fibrespeed project), the Norwegian Ministry of Justice (Emergency Service Radio procurement), Huawei (customer finance solutions), ECI Telecom in Israel & KaR-Tel in Kazakhstan (both, vendor finance), Telekom Slovenia (Project Financing) and Iceland Telecom (Privatization).
Jacek has a first class Honours degree and speaks both English and Polish.
